Open Auditions for ANNIE


AUDITIONS FOR ROLES OF "ANNIE" AND "ORPHANS":
FOR GIRLS AGES 7 THROUGH 14
Friday, April 16 at 7:00 PM

Heritage Center of Clark County
117 S. Fountain Avenue, Springfield
Entrance on south side of building, go to Discovery Hall.

  All girls will be asked to sing TWO (2) excerpts of songs from the show,
   available as downloadable sheet music here.
  

   (Sheet music for girls' vocal selections may also be picked up at
   Springfield Arts Council, 117 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield.)
THESE VOCAL SELECTIONS SHOULD BE MEMORIZED. USING THE SHEET MUSIC AT AUDITIONS IS DISCOURAGED.

• A simple dance will be taught at the audition.
• Roles are available for "Annie" and up to 12 orphans (girls roles only)
Callbacks for principle roles held Sunday, April 18 at 1 PM as needed
• Rehearsals will begin April 21

AUDITIONS FOR "WARBUCKS," "HANNIGAN," "ROOSTER,"
and ALL other principle roles and chorus roles:
Saturday, April 17 at 9:00 AM

Heritage Center of Clark County
117 S. Fountain Avenue, Springfield
Entrance on south side of building, go to Discovery Hall.
  • Auditionees should prepare a 1-2 minute vocal selection.
   Those auditioning for all roles EXCEPT orphans and Annie, may make their own
    vocal selection. Songs from the show may be used if desired, but not necessary.
• Bring sheet music; an accompanist is provided.
• A cappella or karaoke tracks not permitted.
• A short dance will be taught at the audition.

ANNIE will be presented Thursday, Friday, Saturday, June 17, 18, 19
at Veteran's Park Amphitheater.
