The Springfield Arts Council office is centrally located in the heart of downtown Springfield, Ohio at 117 South Fountain Avenue, just west of the Courtyard by Marriott and northwest of the Clark State Performing Arts Center.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Springfield Arts Council Costume Collection is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are recommended.
