Veteran’s Park Amphitheater is
located between Fountain and Plum Streets, just north of downtown
Springfield.
Directions from
the southwest (Xenia area):
• To Veteran's Park Amphitheater: Take 68 north to Springfield (route
40) exit. Go to traffic light # 3, turn left on to Yellow Springs Street,
travel approx one block and stay right onto Plum Street. Go four
blocks and cross bridge. Immediately after crossing bridge, turn right in
to Veterans Park.
Directions from the
south (Dayton area):
• To Veteran's Park Amphitheater:
Take I-675 or I-75 TO I-70; from I-70. Take 68 north to Springfield
(route 40) exit. Go to traffic light # 3, turn left on to Yellow Springs Street,
travel approx one block and stay right onto Plum Street. Go four blocks and cross bridge.
Immediately after crossing bridge, turn right in to Veterans Park.
Directions from the
east (Columbus area):
• To Veteran's Park Amphitheater:
From I-70, take first
Springfield exit - route 40, bear to the right, headed west. Stay on route
40 – until you reach Fountain Avenue – (streets leading up to Fountain are
Spring St., Limestone St. and then Fountain Ave.) At Fountain Avenue, make
a right turn, go to the second light (across bridge) and then turn left
into Veterans Park. Follow the road – the Amphitheater is on the right.
Directions from the
north (Urbana area):
• To Veteran's Park Amphitheater: Take
route 68 to route 41 exit. Turn left. Follow route 41 to St. Paris Pike,
turn right. At first light, turn right on to Plum Street. At bottom of
hill (before bridge) turn left into Veterans Park.
Directions from the west
(Troy area):
• To Veteran's Park Amphitheater:
Take route 41 to St.
Paris Pike, turn right. At next light, turn right on to Plum Street. At
bottom of hill, before bridge, turn left in to Veterans Park.
