You may purchase Season Ticket subscriptions and single tickets for Springfield Arts Council shows at the Performing Arts Center Ticket Office, located at the Clark State Performing Arts Center, 300 S. Fountain Avenue, in downtown Springfield:

A non-refundable service fee of $10 is applied to each subscription order.
A non-refundable service fee of $3.50 is applied to all single ticket orders.

When You Attend

Student ticket prices are discounted for most performances.

Everyone in attendance must have a ticket, regardless of age. Discretion is encouraged when bringing infants or young children to performances. A limited number of booster seats are available at the Performing Arts Center Ticket Office .

Performance hall doors generally open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers may be required to wait in the lobby until an appropriate interval in the performances.

Ticket orders are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled without being rescheduled or replaced. Call the Performing Arts Center Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance to receive a letter of credit for tax purposes if you are unable to use your tickets.

Ticket exchanges are limited and based on individual performances and availability. One show in a series may be exchanged at no charge. Additional exchanges incur a non-refundable service fee of $5 per exchange.

The Springfield Arts Council reserves the right to offer special promotional discounts and “rush” ticket sales for limited seating areas at selected performances.

Obstructed view: Due to technical requirements of some shows, patrons seated in Section I, Row AA, seats 101 -118 may at times have an obstructed view of the stage.

All programs, artists, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

The Clark State Performing Arts Center provides a state-of-the-art venue for the presentation of the performing arts. In order to ensure a quality facility for generations to come, $1.00 of each ticket purchased for a Kuss Auditorium event will be placed in the Clark State Performing Arts Center Endowment Fund for the continued operation and maintenance of the Clark State Performing Arts Center.

Clark State Performing Arts Center offers concessions, including a selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, coffee with liqueurs, and snacks, prior to selected performances and during events with intermissions. Concessions are open one hour before performances. (No Sunday liquor sales.)
