Summer Arts Festival SPONSORSHIPS support the tradition of presenting admission-free professional entertainment annually for the community. While the Festival is ADMISSION-FREE, this beloved community tradition is not free to produce. Community members, volunteers, grants and sponsorships come together annually to keep the Summer Arts Festival accessible (and affordable) families and friends in Springfield and the surrounding communities. SPONSORSHIP of nightly events provides approximately 40% of the annual expense of presenting the Summer Arts Festival.

Non-exclusive sponsorship of a single event – $3,850
Event Sponsors receive a variety of perks including:
• business logo/link on our Festival website
• business name on our Festival sponsor banner
• business name included in pre-show onstage welcome
• 1/4 page complimentary black & white program book ad (upgrade available at reduced rate)
• representative appears onstage in pre-show welcome at sponsored event
• four complimentary seats at sponsored event
• use of our hospitality tent and a 10×10 promo tent at event
EVENT PARTNER SPONSOR
Non-exclusive sponsorship of a single event – $2,950
Event Partner Sponsors receive perks including:
• business logo/link on our Festival website
• business name on our Festival sponsor banner
• business name included in preshow onstage welcome
• 1/8 page black & white program book ad (upgrade available at reduced rate)
• two (2) complimentary seats at sponsored event
• Upgrade to add 10×10 promo tent at sponsored event (additional $500)
SPONSOR OF THE WEEK
Non-exclusive sponsorship of
a selected Festival week (Wed – Sun) – $950
• business name on our Festival sponsor banner
• business name included in preshow onstage welcome (for each show in selected week)
• 1/8 page black & white program book ad (upgrade available at reduced rate)
